No, it hurts gameplay, it causes more players to opt for safe play like sniping or tank sniping. it hurts skilled players but it also screws over average players. you'll lose more suits for playing well, its unfair and a really bad idea

Not effect climbing ladder speed? If there designed to increase your running speed (and hense how fast your arms/legs move) why can't they also keep you moving quickly up and down ladders faster? they are meant to keep you mobile afterall
